The Family

The Bosseto Winery is essentially the Bera family of Trezzo Tinella, Italy, an atypical family composed of simple people with true moral principles on which they built the story in the decades of this farmhouse.

Nonna Franca: the head master. Few words, many facts. A life spent in the vineyard and in the fields, a lot of hard work to get results done. She is legendary for its food, from the Piedmontese mixed fried to the handmane egg tajarin, from Bagna Cauda to the semolino cake.

Marinella aka ‘Mimma’: the older sister, the balance, both in the vineyard and in the family. Apart from consistently follow and love the vineyards, dabbles in writing and journalism, the social activities. Everybody love her.

Marisa: she worked for the Miroglio in Alba before, dealing with import / export, now working again with the family in the vineyard doing all the work there is to do. She has three sons with Giusepppe: Alessandro, Francesco and Paola.

Pierluigi aka Gigi: he manages the vineyards, the fields, the machineries, all the agricultural tools and everything that has to do with the land. He loves to look for mushrooms and truffles, explore hike in the undergrowth of Langa and not, and has an innate sense of humor.

Flavio: the youngest brother, Flavio is the winemaker of the winery and is the one who decides the setting to give the wine. He studied at the School of Enology in Alba ‘Institute Umberto I” and has always worked in the wine sector both for his winery  and giving advice to third parties. Yet naturalistic approach to agriculture, things simple and true. He has a son, Edoardo, the volcano of the family.
